Walton Watch

Wow, I figured out how to put music on this blog. Be sure to listen to one of our favorite High School Musical songs-- you can all thank Sarah for adding that to the playlist.

This week Ryan is gone to Toronto, so the kids and I are having lots of fun without him doing our regular things, except that Jared gets 4 teeth pulled tomorrow. At least he gets to skip school and piano lessons, so it's not all bad. If he lets me take a picture of him, I'll be sure to post it.

Maren is learning a few words, and we like to say she has a "no" for every occasion. some of her other favorites are "nope, nuh-uh and no, no, no." Actually, she's really cute and she says "doggy, Sarah, Jared, Rachel, Daddy, uh-oh, out, night-night, bye-bye, and meow". There are probably more, but I can't come up with them at the moment.

Today, our friend Sara Hill stopped by while Sarah was eating leftover fried rice. She asked her, "Guess what language I am eating?" When Sara asked her which, she replied, "Panda express!" On the food note, here is a great picture of why you should always eat your yogurt with a spoon and not your fingers.
