Last week's young women's activity was a blast- haha. Our very kind neighbor, Tom, who is a detective took us to the police shooting range and taught all the girls how to shoot a .22 pistol and a Glock pistol. We each to to take out our own criminal cutout to take home. My kids drew a heart around my cluster of bullet holes on the chest and then a frowny face. But I was still proud of it.
Alyssa and Michelle were way into this activity- perhaps too much?
Shelly is always smiling no matter what we do.

What a fun activity! I bet the girls loved it. Sorry we didn't make it over on Sunday. Doug was checking out the house with a fine tooth comb. We were there until 5:45 PM and dinner at Geri's was supposed to start at 5! But yes, it looks like they are going to buy it. He was supposed to make an offer the next day and when John checked, they were working out the details! If you want to see the house, it's on Brister Circle and seriously is parallel to yours across the river. So, we'll have to move to Murray next, I guess!
P.S. I haven't heard that Toby Keith song for a while -- love that!
This is one of the many times I wish I were in YWs (well, not just camp director) It looks like you had a blast..hehe. I think I am going to sign up for a shooting class.

You look like such a pro in your shooting stance, (is that a technical term?) Anyway, great to see you today. I always love to see the kiddos. You always have the best blog entries. I guess I'll have to make my life a little bit more entertaining.

haha. that was seriously one of the funnest activities I have ever been too! And I had a blast, maybe Michelle and I were too into it?! LOL And a good time was had by all, time to suck up to Tom so we can go back soon. :)
This is SO fun! I wish I could have gone. I bet the girls (and the leaders, of course) had a total blast!
