Jared turned 12 this week. I know it's cliche, but it seems like just yesterday he was born. I don't think I'm old enough to have a 12 year old child anyway.
I could write paragraphs about how great he is, but I just need to say that I love him. Happy Birthday, J. Of note, he asked for Brussels sprouts for his birthday dinner!

I remember coming to see Jared after he was born. You were living in that little apartment. I can't believe it's been 12 years. Time goes by way fast. It looks like it was a great b-day. Tell him happy late one for us.
