I Love your Blog

My cousin Jude nominated me for a blog award. I'm so flattered. But then I got thinking that this is kind of a made up award to gratify us blogaholics into feeling like we're actually productive. Despite knowing that at my core, I think it's awesome. And I'm still flattered. So I'm supposed to nominate 5 other blogs that can then put this cool tile on their blog too. And if you get nominated (please don't throw eggs at your screen if you don't b/c you'll have to clean them up, not me) you nominate 5 more, etc. Y'all know how tags work.

1. My cousin Janet's blog. We didn't know each other well as children because we lived on different ends of the country. It has been so fun to get to know her better through her blog.

2. My friend Sara's family and food blogs. She has motivated me to get in touch with my inner Ute (since it is my alma mater) and I've even watched parts of some football games. And I love sharing recipes with her.

3. The great photography at Boston.com. My friend Gail introduced me to this site, and I check it out often. My kids enjoy looking at the photos too. And I'm sneaking in a little extra one here, my sister-in-law Ade has great photos of her kids as well.

4. My sister's hilarious view on life and raising kids. She's a great writer and always makes me laugh. And I love that she's always giving out fake prizes if you can answer her quiz questions.

5. Our friends Carrie and Scott who are in the same stage of life as we are and who make blogging a family affair. Carrie also introduced me to CEOmom and I got a cool tshirt from them.
