In September the scouts went on an overnighter backpack trip. It turned out that they couldn't camp where they thought, so they base camped and hiked from there, but they still had a great time. Ryan got to go with them this time.

ah, precious memories. i can't believe Jared is old enough to go on scout campouts. how did this happen?
We already knew this, but here is photographic evidence that camping really is all about the food.
