Maren turned two on August 31st. It's hard to believe our baby is not really a baby anymore. She is talking a lot, insisting on doing everything herself, and discovering all the fun things to do in life. She makes us laugh every day. I'm so proud of her and yet sad that she's growing up so fast. 
Her sisters loved helping her open her presents and then playing with them all. Sometimes I think they forgot whose they were, but it was fun.
Maren was afraid of the candles on her cake and wouldn't try to blow them out, so her sisters helped out again. Happy Birthday Maren!

I can't believe she is 2! I love watching her grow...(so fast!) It is fun to think that will be Jacob next year. The cake is adorable! I love the blue frosting
I remember when Alyssa and I came to visit when Miss Maren was born. She was in her infant seat and I said, "Come see me baby". Sarah, looking so serious said, "Maren can't walk." We still laugh about that.
what a darling! Hey aim...remember that princess night gown you gave Dacia for her 2nd birthday? Probably not, but, she still wears it. (Not out of the house of course, do to the shortness of it now) But occationally to bed or around the house.
