Does anyone actually personally know anyone who lives in Moab? We have a fun opportunity to go down there to volunteer for the national park service at Dead Horse Point, but can't take our 3 year old. We want to take her with us and find a babysitter for 4 hours on a saturday, but I don't actually know anyone there. I've already called the daycare centers and they are not open on Saturdays. Any suggestions?

Um... a bag of cheetos and a dvd player in the car? Oh I kid, I kid. But I have no answers for you. I hope you can find someone who lives there! I'd love to watch her but we're a tad out of the way. :)
Bring a nanny? Gosh. I don't know. What about finding a ward down there, contacting the RS president to see if there's a stay home mom she could recommend?
I thought of someone--a couple in my ward used to live in Blanding. I'll ask them tomorrow. (I know--sorry it took your blog post for me to think of them.)
