Because I am unorganized, forgetful, and a host of other bad qualities, I didn't take pictures until the third day of school. And I still dont' have one of Jared, and probably won't get it done. So don't judge me, okay?
I probably should have let Sarah throw away her banana peel first, but that just adds to my motherly-awesomeness.
Maren's preschool doesn't start until next week, so I'll do my best to remember the camera.

Cute stuff. I didn't even recognize Sarah. She looks so old! Crazy.
I agree with Adrian, when did Sarah turn 18?!? They are so cute. And the third day is a great time to take the pictures. It gives the kids a chance to be relaxed, catch them in their real skins. I love them. Any day of the week.
Confession:
I have had my children completely restage the first day... of school, of Sunbeams, riding a bike with no training wheels. I will probably turn up six months into their missions and make them act like they're at the airport getting ready to leave!
Sometimes you're too busy living in the moment to record it for the future.
