My cousin Jennie tagged me (well she tagged Amy and since I LOOOOVE the spotlight, I'm assuming it's me) so here are the rules: List 3 joys, 3 fears, 3 current obsessions/collections, 3 surprising facts, and then tag 3 other people. 3 Joys
1. The daily routine. Okay, that is a weird one, and definitely not every day, but sometimes it's just so comforting to have the routine and stability the my family has worked so hard for. And it's usually in the routine moments that I seem to have connections with my children and husband. so this one is rather inclusive of the whole family, work, PTA, etc...
2. Girlfriends. Sometimes I just need to vent and I have some great friends that are kind enough to let me.
3. Comments on my blog. I must be needy, but I love getting feedback through comments.
3 Fears
1. Traumatic brain injury. Those ofyou that know me well need no explanation.
2. Anoxic brain injury. Even worse.
3. Snakes. We had one in our backyard last week. I almost had to wear snowboots to go outside at all.
3 current obsessions
1. Scrapbook supplies. I enjoy using them too, but have so many more chances just to garner them.
2. Watching for my tomatoes to turn red so I can eat one. The last few years we've had our first tomato by at least July 15th as early as the 4th. What is going on???
3. Stressing about my kids upcoming orthodontia adventures.
3 Surprising Facts- I've been tagged so much I'm really going to have to stretch.
1. Some of the skin on my neck is losing its pigment. I don't know why. It's just weirdly bleached looking.
2. I don't like to be barefoot.
3. I want a new kayak.

I love to read tags. I don't love doing them, but I love to read them on other peoples blogs. I hear ya on the routine thing. It is so time for school to start again so I can find one...

One of my favorite Amy memories is when Ryan brought that snake in the cabin and you were mad at him for a good hour!
Sorry about swimming. The call was supposed to be this morning and then my dumb boss changed it. We go to print on Friday, so I couldn't really miss it! We'll do it again soon!

We have snakes in our yard, but that's kind of expected since, well, we have no yard. But you? YIKES. I'll remember to bring my snowboots when I come to visit.

And I saw a snake tonight in the middle of the parkway trail. I almost ran over it. Yuck!
